You will be offered a support package once the website is functional and has passed the relevant tests. These tests include cross-browser support, W3C validation, customer satisfaction and AAA validation. If you requested a content management system we cannot guarantee the latter case, since we use a popular open source content management system, and this is not intrinsically AAA compliant.

We understand the need for dynamic content as well as a smart design to attract potential customers. The support packages as detailed below will be offered before completion. (We implement any of the changes on your behalf.)

Premium: You can add content or modify your website, including minor design and script changes once per month. This package costs £360 per annum. *
Standard: You can add content or modify your website, including minor design and script changes once per quarter. This package costs £160 per annum. *
Basic: You can add content or modify your website, including minor design modification twice per annum. This package costs £100 per annum. *

If you did not subscribe to a support package at the time of publication, and you require modifications to your website, we will work out an action plan depending upon your individual requirements.
